I’ve been noticing more 'ghost kitchens' and delivery-only spots replacing traditional storefronts. Does it bother you that the street level is becoming less interactive, or do you value the convenience more?

- The loss of the 'shop window' vibe is a bit depressing.
- I use delivery so much that I can't really complain.
