A global survey by the airline association IATA finds that immigration rules put off 43% of passengers from visiting a destination, up from 33% a year earlier. Of those, 53% say the process is simply too complex. At the same time, 49% of travellers have used AI to plan a trip, and 58% went through biometric checks at an airport in the past year. Has a visa process ever made you skip a trip?
